Risk disclaimer
Last updated 2026. Read this before you trade. If anything here is unclear, do not use the protocol.
You can lose everything you pay
A yolohood ticket is a short dated option style contract. If the stock does not reach the strike by expiry, the ticket expires worthless and the full amount you paid is gone. Most tickets expire worthless. Never pay more than you are prepared to lose in full.
Payouts are capped per ticket. The maximum you can receive is fixed and shown before you buy. Upside is limited, downside is 100 percent of the premium.
Vault depositors take the other side
Depositing into a vault means you sell exposure to ticket buyers. In sharp moves against the house, vault balances can fall. Deposits are not insured, not principal protected and yields are variable and not guaranteed. Past performance and simulated results do not predict future results.
Nothing here is advice
yolohood is software. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy any security or derivative. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for consulting a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
Tokens are not securities and not equity
Tokenized stock references, YOLO and ASH are protocol utility tokens and reward units. They are not shares, do not confer ownership, voting rights, dividends or any claim against any company. Token values can go to zero. Emissions and fee shares can change through governance.
Smart contract and technology risk
Contracts may contain bugs. Oracles can fail, lag or be manipulated. Chains can halt, reorg or congest. Keepers can be delayed, which may affect settlement timing. Loss of your private key means permanent loss of funds. There is no support desk that can reverse a transaction.
Market and liquidity risk
Pricing depends on live volatility inputs which can be wide or stale outside market hours. Large orders relative to available capacity pay price impact. Closing a position early carries a fee and may return far less than you paid.
